    Amazing home cooked food. Everything, including the soups and filling are made from scrafch! Dee Dee and her staff treat you like family! You will not be disappointed! Large portions priced right!

    I swear we have been hitting terrible luck with places we eat recently. At my suggestion we headed to Dee Dees Diner in Shoey. The place wasn't full and were seating right away. We got the soup and salad bar with our meals, and best thing I can say about that was the tomato basil soup looked edible. The chicken rivel soup was all lumpy. The salad bar didn't have much selection. I had lettuce tomatoes cheese and dressing.
    The food was terrible. I ordered a scallop dinner and got a handful of mini scallops. My husband had broiled crab cakes he didn't eat hardly any of because they tasted weird. Best thing about this place was the brownie cheesecake. I think I'll just get a pice of that to go next time. Pathetic!

    Love the breakfast at Dee Dees.  Food is always hot and comes from the kitchen quickly.  I do not care for their coffee.  I don't know if it's the brand they use or something else; but it never tastes good to me.

    Finding this place was such a great surprise! They have a great menu and homemade desserts. I got a panini which was tasty and well done. My husband got breakfast (served all day) and I also stole a bite of his pancake - light, fluffy, and delicious. I am looking forward to going back!

    I hate to post bad reviews but Dee Dees was pretty bad. Fruit flies in the salad bar, AC dripped on my niece, food was tolerable.  Service was fast and friendly, resulting in 2nd star.
